Because we like to eat as well as drink, we seek out good food joints, be they fancy or funky. Local is a must. Fast food joints are ok if local. (Joe Titus introduced us to cat's head biscuits, boiled (pronounced baalled) peanuts. And we've had the famous Illinois horseshoe sandwich.) But you won't catch us at Mikey D's. On every off-road adventure, Don Miguel makes one of his famous paellas, Jerry makes one of his specalties, and we often have a visiting chef.

This page will be updated regularly with news and photos of our culinary adventures.
